For this reason, in 2011 we set up a “Happiness Directorate” and launched the “Happiness Looks Good on Us” programme, a first of its kind in Turkey. Besides, we support the female employment with specially designed programmes for female staff and with workplace practices tailored for maternity needs.

With the “Happiness Looks Good on Us” programme, we aim to organise a series of creative activities that will make employees “go WOW”, have a positive impact on the company atmosphere and culture, and most importantly, give our employees reasons to smile and be happy. Our success in maintaining workplace happiness brought us prestigious awards, too. We were selected among Turkey's Top Employers 2016 list in the 2,000+ employees category in Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces research, which has been conducted in 53 different countries for more than 25 years.

Our healthy living practices received the “Employee Health and Work Safety Special Award”, doubling our Best Workplaces prizes.

In 2016 we were the first in our sector to receive the prestigious Human Resources Excellence Award by Brandon Hall, one of the most esteemed consulting companies in the world, with our “Happiness Looks Good on Us” programme.
